Requirements

Before installing the OpeniT LicenseMonitor store application, make sure the following requirements are met:

• A working ServiceNow Vendor Instance that meets these conditions:

  • Version Yokohama or later
  • Activated Domain Support - Domain Extensions Installer plug-in
  • Time zone matching the Open iT Core Server (data source of the Open iT Analysis Server)
