Guidelines

Follow these steps to deploy the Open iT integration with ServiceNow.

1. Install the necessary Open iT application(s) from the ServiceNow Store:

   • OpeniT LicenseAnalyzer
   • OpeniT LicenseMonitor
   
   
   note

   Take note of the ServiceNow instance URL and credentials for authentication and communication.

2. Install the ServiceNow Adapter on a server running Open iT Analysis Server.

3. Complete the ServiceNow Adapter Post-Installation Configuration.
