Autodesk Days Seat Usage Report
The Autodesk Seat Usage Report provides an overview of Autodesk named-user subscriptions and their utilization during the selected reporting period.
The report is divided into two main sections:
Subscriptions shows the Autodesk packages available under the selected vendor license, including the license type, subscription validity dates, expiration dates, and the maximum number of available seats.
Usage Summary shows the actual utilization of each package, including the number of available seats, the number of distinct users who used the package, and the total elapsed usage time.
Make sure that the following Open iT Datatypes are present in the Core Server database and successfully loaded in Analysis Server SQL database.
Follow these instructions to generate a report:

On the Open iT Reporting Services web portal Home page, click on the LicenseAnalyzer Level 1 folder.

Click the Autodesk folder, then select Autodesk Seat Usage Report template.

Select the Year, Month, and Vendor License you want to include in the report.
Parameter Description Year Use this to specify the time-range for the report yearly such as 2020, 2021, 2022, etc. Month Use this to specify the month of the report you want to view. tipClick the (+) expand button in the License Type column to see the specific Valid From and Expired On dates.

To view the distinct user report for a specific package, click the Package name in the User Summary table. The distinct user report displays the following components:
- A Distinct User bar chart showing the daily count of distinct users.
- A table containing Date, Package, Feature, License Type, Username, and Elapsed Time.
