Verifying the Running Open iT Process

1. Open the Task Manager.

2. Click Services.

3. Search for OpeniTInsight.

4. Verify that the status of the service is Running.

Verifying the Created Directory

Go to the OpeniT directory, which is by default in C:\Program Files\OpeniT, and verify if the Insight directory exists.

Verifying Access

Ensure that the Open iT Insight interface is accessible from your browser.

Open a web browser and navigate to:

Open iT Insight URL

https://<hostname>/insight/

where <hostname> is the hostname or IP address of your server.

If the setup is successful, the Open iT Insight interface should load without errors.
