Uninstallation

This guide provides instructions for uninstalling the Open iT Insight. Choose one of the available uninstallation methods below:

• Uninstalling through the Windows Installer Interface
• Uninstalling through the Control Panel

Uninstalling through the Windows Installer Interface

1. Run the openit_insight_<version>_<architecture>.msi installer file used to install the software.

2. A setup wizard will be displayed. Click Next.

3. Click Remove to remove the Open iT Insight from the computer.

4. Click Remove to uninstall the software.

5. Wait for the uninstallation process.

6. Click Finish to complete the uninstallation process.

Uninstalling through the Control Panel

1. Go to the Control Panel.

2. Under Programs, click Uninstall a program.

3. In the list of programs, select Open iT Insight, then click Uninstall.

4. Click Yes to confirm the uninstallation of the software.

5. Wait for Windows to configure the uninstallation of Open iT Insight.

6. Open iT Insight will be automatically removed from the list of programs.
