Configuring the Data Processing Settings

The Data Processor is enabled by default and automatically performs the scheduled initial data load. If it is disabled, follow these instructions to enable and configure the data processing settings:

Step 1: Open the appsettings.json file

  1. Navigate to the LicensePredictor directory.

    By default, this is located at: C:\Program Files\OpeniT\LicensePredictor

  2. Open the appsettings.json file.

Step 2: Configure the Data Processing Settings

  1. Locate the DataProcessor section in the appsettings.json file.

  2. Configure the following settings:

    • Enabled — Set to true to enable the Data Processor. The default value is true.

    • Datatype — Specify the source datatype to process. The default value is "102".

    • OutputFormat — Specify the output format for the generated feature files. Accepted values are csv and parquet. The default value is "parquet".

      note

      Changing OutputFormat may trigger a new initial data load. Existing files are not converted to the new format.

    Example: appsettings.json
    "DataProcessor": {
    "Enabled": true,
    "Datatype": "102",
    "OutputFormat": "parquet",
  3. Save the changes.

Step 3: Restart the LicensePredictor Service

  1. Open Task Manager.

  2. Under Services, restart the OpeniTLicensePredictor service.
