Post-Installation Configuration

The post-installation configurations are a set of procedures that may need to be performed after the installation. The following recommended procedures may only apply to specific deployment scenarios because most configuration settings are already established during installation.

1. Workstation and application usage data collection configuration. Configure the collectors used for workstation, application, and resource usage monitoring.

   • LicenseAnalyzer™ Level 1 (Runtime Usage) (supported workstation-based collectors only)
   • LicenseAnalyzer™ Level 2 (True Active Usage)
   • LicenseAnalyzer™ Level 3 (Managed Usage)
   • ComputeAnalyzer™
   • StorageAnalyzer™

2. Configuring LDAP Collector. Configure LDAP integration to allow Active Directory information to be included in reports and analytics.
