# Seats Reassignment Recommendation Dashboard

The Seats Reassignment Recommendation dashboard provides an overview of seat usage and reassignment criteria for Autodesk subscriptions. This dashboard assists Autodesk administrators to identify inactive users and optimize seat allocation.

1. Package Selector
   This displays the list of Autodesk packages, allowing Autodesk administrators to focus the analysis on a specific package.

2. Date Range Selector
   This provides a filtering option to customize data view for specific time frames.

3. Reassignment Criteria
   This provides input fields to set criteria for identifying users for seat reassignment:

   • User Days(<=): Filter users who have used their seats for fewer days than the entered value.
   • Days Since Last Used(>): Filter users based on the number of days since they last used their seats.
   
   

4. User with Token Usage Overview
   This chart displays detailed token usage data for each user, allowing Autodesk administrators to analyze individual token consumption. It helps determine whether a user needs to be reassigned between a Named User Subscription and a Token Flex Subscription. Additionally, it identifies users who utilize both subscription types and have experience using both in the past.

5. Assigned Seats
   This displays the total number of seats currently assigned to users, guiding Autodesk administrators to track the utilization of assigned seats.

6. Available Seats
   This displays the number of unassigned seats available.

7. User Usage per Application
   This table summarizes application usage per user, enabling Autodesk administrators to monitor user activity across applications. The Reassignment Criteria filter helps administrators quickly identify users who can be reassigned to the appropriate subscription.
