# ServiceNow Adapter

This provides information about the ServiceNow Adapter, including installation, configuration, and how it successfully integrates Open iT with ServiceNow.

This Analysis Server plug-in creates a scheduled background process for fetching and processing data from the Open iT Analysis Server SQL database and sending it to the ServiceNow instance. The background process runs every day after successfully executing the Analysis Server's scheduled data processing (6 AM). Moreover, it provides various options to execute specific tasks to configure or process data manually.
