Open iT supports all major web browsers, including Internet Explorer, for accessing its web interfaces. We ensured that the web interfaces were compatible and easily accessible without any security and graphical errors.

# Causes of Deprecation

Microsoft announced that Internet Explorer has retired; the support ended on June 15, 2022. It was said that the future of IE is Microsoft Edge. Please see this link for the Microsoft article.

# Effects of Deprecation

The Open iT web interfaces can still be accessed through Internet Explorer, but some functionalities and graphical components might not work properly.

# Workaround

Use the following browsers when accessing the web interfaces:

• Google Chrome
