Git Not Found
This warning may be encountered when installing the Open iT Core Server on a Unix machine without git.

Problem
The installer looks for git since the openit_confbackup
application requires git to function correctly. If it is not found, you may encounter the warning,
Warning: Git Not Found.
To initialize a bare repository to track changes in the configuration files, the 'git' command is required.

Resolution
Install git following the steps in Download for Linux and Unix.
