# Renaming Autodesk Package

Configure autodesk-package-rename.map to rename Autodesk package codes to a more readable package name.

1. Open autodesk-package-rename.map in the Configuration directory, which is by default in C:\Program Files\OpeniT\Core\Configuration.

2. Specify the product/s to rename with the following syntax:

   MAP: NewAutodeskPackageName 
   OldAutodeskPackageName

   Empty lines are allowed — any line beginning with # as the first non-white character is considered a comment. Globbing is also supported.

   Example

   MAP: Autodesk AutoCAD LT Civil Suite Subscription Package [81900ACDLTC_T_F]
   81900ACDLTC_T_F

   This example renames all of the 81900ACDLTC_T_F packages to Autodesk AutoCAD LT Civil Suite Subscription Package [81900ACDLTC_T_F].

3. Save the changes.
