# Renaming Autodesk Feature

Configure autodesk-feature-rename.map to rename Autodesk feature codes to its more readable feature name.

Apply the configurations shown in the Open iT server.

Open autodesk-feature-rename.map in the Configuration directory, which is by default C:\Program Files\OpeniT\Core\Configuration.
Specify the feature to rename with the following syntax:
```
MAP: NewAutodeskFeatureName  
OldFeatureName\Daemon\LicenseManager
```
Empty lines are allowed — any line beginning with # as the first non-white character is considered a comment. Globbing is also supported.
Example
```
MAP: Autodesk AutoCAD 2022 [87224ACD_2022_0F]
87224ACD_2022_0F\*
```
This example renames all of the 87224ACD_2022_0F features to Autodesk AutoCAD 2022 [87224ACD_2022_0F].
Save the changes.
