# TokenFlex - Tokens

Use this report to gain insights into the usage of your Autodesk applications under the TokenFlex licensing. TokenFlex is a consumption-based licensing model where companies purchase tokens shared across users and Autodesk products. The tokens are consumed based on the type of software used and the number of sessions. This report details how tokens are used, which can help organizations analyze their software needs and optimize their token purchases.

Use the instructions in Configuring Autodesk TokenFlex - Token SSRS Report Template section to set up all the necessary configurations.

Follow these instructions to generate report:

1. While on the Home page of the Open iT Reporting Services web portal, click on the LicenseAnalyzer Level 1 folder.

2. Click the Autodesk folder then select TokenFlex - Tokens report template.

3. Select the Year, Month, and Vendor License you want to include in the report.

   Parameter	Description
   Year	Sets a specific time-range for the report yearly such as 2020, 2021, 2022, etc.
   Month	Categorized by calendar month (January to December). Use Time Month to know what specific month a certain application reached its maximum usage.
   Vendor License	Indicates the name of a specific application in a vendor license, which is the same table list seen in the Application Hierarchy > Vendor License, only arranged alphabetically (not by application name).

4. Click the View Report button in the top-right corner of the report viewer. Wait for the report to generate. This may take a few minutes, depending on the size of the data.
