# Usage Right Compliance

This report provides companies with the necessary information to negotiate license agreements effectively. The Usage Right Compliance report compares the usage rights information with the data collected from Open iT modules. This report helps companies identify any non-compliance and ensures that they adhere to the terms of their license agreements.

Follow these instructions to generate a report:

1. On the Open iT Reporting Services web portal home page, click on the LicenseAnalyzer Level 1 folder.

2. Click the Advanced folder, then select Usage Right Compliance report template.

3. The report template will automatically generate the report upon opening. You can search for the application name in the search bar or click the next page button to change the data presented.
