The Core Reporting Server provides alerts and notifications associated with the dashboard, administration tools, and log analysis, assisting administrators in identifying and addressing potential issues such as connection status, license feature expirations, and client data uploads.

# Dashboard-based Alerts and Notifications

1. Server Information - Notifies about the current Open iT version installed and the unused space in the database and temporary directories.

2. Notifications - Notifies about errors and warnings, including log file references, timestamps, and descriptions to assist in troubleshooting.

3. Clients Information - Notifies list of Open iT clients connected to the server, their Open iT versions, and the time they were last seen.

4. Status Message - Notifies about time intervals of available data per datatype and indicates status actions during report generation.

# Tracking-based Notifications

1. Feature Expiry - Notifies about how long a feature has been expired or the remaining time until it expires.

2. Vendor License Status - Notifies about the connection status of products and their last seen timestamp.

# Core Administration-based Notifications

1. Management Console Status - Notifies regarding the status of server connections for verifying and troubleshooting system connectivity. These notifications are accessible on the Manage Console Page.
