License Efficiency LAN versus WAN
This report compares LAN and WAN license agreements. It evaluates the combined usage of local servers (LAN) versus the true global concurrent usage (WAN). It benefits companies with multiple license servers in different locations and time zones. The report helps analyze which type of license agreement would be most suitable based on current utilization. Consolidating licenses onto a single server makes it easier to reduce idle licenses and simplifies license management compared to having separate local servers.
